• How can I place an order with Intiwawa?
  It’s simple – just browse our online shop, add your favorite pieces to the shopping cart, and follow the checkout process.
   

• Which payment methods are accepted?
  We accept credit cards, PayPal, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. (Klarna coming soon!)
   

• Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
  As long as your order has not been shipped, changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@intiwawa.shop or +49 176 45914166.

 

Shipping & Delivery

• How long does delivery take?
  Within Germany, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, and within the EU 5–7 business days.
   

• What are the shipping costs?

  • Germany: €5.99 – free shipping on orders over €90

  • EU & Switzerland: €14.99
     

• Can I pick up my order in person?
  Yes! After a quick phone arrangement, you can pick up your order personally in Munich.

 

Products & Materials

• Where are the garments made?
  All of our pieces are lovingly handmade by the women’s collective Wawacha in Huaral, Peru.
   

• What materials do you use?
  We use only 100% natural sheep wool and plant-based dyes – gentle on both the skin and the environment.
   

• Are all products handmade?
  Yes, every piece is hand-knitted. Small variations in texture or color make each one a unique item.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Can I return my order?
  Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in their original condition.
   

• How do I return an item?
  Simply email us at info@intiwawa.shop, and we’ll send you the return instructions.
